Tax deductible by law. Not by interpretation.
Under Art. 90, paragraph 8, of Italian Law No. 289/2002 (2003 Budget Law), amounts paid to amateur sports associations (ASD) recognised by CONI constitute, for the paying party, advertising expenses fully deductible from business income - up to €200,000 per year. This is an absolute legal presumption: no proof of advertising return is required. The principle was confirmed by the Italian Revenue Agency in Circular No. 21/E of 22 April 2003.
We issue a regular sponsorship invoice citing the applicable legislation. Your accountant will have all the documentation needed to correctly deduct the expense in your tax return. We always recommend verifying your specific situation with them.

Yes. The Educational Main Partner package already includes title sponsorship of the 1st International Tournament 2027. For other events or tournaments, contact us for a tailored proposal.
